"You all know about my Norman Silverman radiant eternity band that Drew surprised me with on our 9th anniversary as well as some significant life milestones. I wear it every day and wanted to add a piece that reminded me of this band with less of an investment. I have come up with 2 options for you. *Please reach out for special pricing on your preferred shape and carat weight 

 

I have partnered with Norman Silverman and received special pricing for 2 options. This band is eternity, with 15 diamonds weighing 6.00ctw. I love the smaller eternity as you can add other bands for different occasions to get the same width as mine, but have the versatility of wearing them separately.

 

Norman Silverman Radiant Band set halfway will give you a larger look from the top, utilizing diamonds halfway around. Some of you don’t love the feel of the eternity band and so this is a perfect choice for you."

RING WARRANTY *Local, Utah Clients*
J. Brooks Jewelers is pleased to offer a complimentary Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in workmanship on all rings.
We also offer all scheduled maintenance for ten (10) years at no charge, which includes:
  • Unlimited cleaning for all rings purchased at J. Brooks
  • Annual polishing for all rings and re-rhodium plating for all white gold rings.
  • Annual inspection of all jewelry purchased at J. Brooks.
This warranty also covers the loss of mounted natural diamonds, up to 1.49 ct or lab grown diamonds up to $10,000 retail for the first ten (10) years, if lost under normal usage; and with annual inspections. J. Brooks will keep a record of your warranty checks. 
Exclusions include damage to the ring, abuse, or loss or theft of the item, similar to an automobile warranty. J. Brooks Jewelers reserves the right of sole decision maker of exclusions under this warranty.
The Warranty does not include natural diamonds larger than 1.49ct each or lab grown diamonds over $10,000 retail. To protect yourself from the potential loss or damage to larger diamonds, or the loss or theft or damage of your jewelry items, we recommend jewelry insurance. We recommend to insure your items with Jewelers Mutual.
The warranty can be extended beyond 10 years by yearly inspections as long as the ring itself is in good or better condition as determined by J. Brooks ownership for the lifetime of the ring. No ring can last "forever" but J. Brooks is committed to products that will give many years of usage and wear with normal usage.
All rings are warrantied for the life of the ring against defects in workmanship. J. Brooks can assist you in the purchase of insurance from Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company. Jewelers Mutual offers complete coverage with a no deductible option. It is the buyer's responsibility to purchase insurance and to renew the insurance every year.

We offer a 2 year complimentary warranty for any J. Brooks ring or band that is purchased online by clients living outside of the local Utah area.
If you would like to extend your out of state, online 2 year warranty to the full lifetime extended warranty, you will need to show proof of an annual inspection signed by a reputable jeweler in your area.

TWO WEEK RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY 

Our risk free two week return or exchange policy for stock* orders begins from the date of shipment arrival. 

 *RETURN FOR FULL REIMBURSEMENT*

We offer free returns on non-modified stock items. All modified or customized orders are non refundable, including custom sizing.

In the case that items are damaged upon arrival, a full reimbursement will be made once a photo proving damage has been sent within 3 days of package delivery + the item(s) are returned to J. Brooks within the 2 week period. Message us to begin the return process. 

All returns MUST be shipped back in their original packaging, and properly protected during shipment to avoid any damage.

When returning, please included any complimentary care items & gifts with purchase that were sent with the original order.

SHIPPING COSTS (WHEN RETURNING, EXCHANGING OR REPAIRING AN ORDER) 

The client will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are returning for a reimbursement, a $10 return shipping fee will be removed from your refund.

If you are doing an exchange, the shipping cost will be up to you. Please follow our guidelines for returning items so that the pieces are protected and eligible for an exchange. All in store exchanges will be no charge to the client. 

J. Brooks reserves the right to refuse an exchange/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.

CUSTOM ORDERS - FINAL SALE

We do not accept returns for all modified or customized orders. This includes size modifications.

DAMAGES

All returning pieces must have no signs of damage or wear.

Scratches, damages or wear marks will void the return.

SHIPPING COSTS

We do not offer refunds on shipping charges.

J. Brooks is not responsible for additional shipping prices in the case of an upgrade to large return packaging.

If it is our error, we are happy to pay for the postage.
